It has been to long since my last post, but I have been busy researching ideas for my topic for my business studies report.
So many possibilities, but I have to say, after a chat with Lucy my fellow course participant, I am sure I may have the winning area.
Having a family background in agriculture has given me big interest in animal welfare . Oh did I also mention I have a few pet rabbits. In December last year a big issue was raised about Angora Rabbit hair production in China and the cruelty that surrounds collecting this hair. China was and I suspect still is the biggest producer of Angora Hair.
Do we have an industry in Britain? if so how is it regulated? Can angora bunny hair be produced in Britain in a safe cruelty free, harmless way? These are just a few questions I have on my mind.
