working for myself?

We are looking into possible careers on my course at the moment. Whilst preparing a C.V. is important , I feel that my time would be better spent looking into working for my self and other marketing options.
so here is a list of things i need to look into.  I will be adding to this list as time goes by and also blogging about anything I do on the list and its outcome.

I am sure i have missed lots out but it is a start.  The next thing i will do is priorities the list, and prepare some kind of file to begin to collate the information.

I am actually looking forwards to this I think it will be an invaluable resource as i continue the course.
